All the phones come with 1 year manufactures warranty, all GSM unlocked phones come
with international warranties, hence you might have to contact international locations
for any servicing for them. Some phones might not include instruction books / phone
manuals in English. You may have to download manuals from respective manufacturer's
websites or order directly from manufacturers or service providers. In partnership
with CPS (Consumer Priority Service) we do provide our customers option to buy extended
warranties for their phones through CPS. They offer extended warranty plans from
1 to 4 years. Below are details about the company CPS, why consumers should select
CPS as their warranty company and few frequently asked questions about CSP service
plans:

Why CPS?
In today’s day and age of high tech gadgets and emerging technologies one thing
is certain; people are relying more and more on consumer electronics and home appliances
in our daily lives than ever before. Of course, we all expect the products we buy
to perform well and serve us throughout the years, but in reality consumer electronics
malfunction all the time. We often buy consumer electronics or appliance products
based solely on the name brand. This is because we either feel comfortable with
the quality the manufacturer produces or we take comfort in knowing that in the
event of a malfunction the manufacturer will stand by their product and make the
necessary repairs. Most manufacturers’ written warranties offer fantastic parts
and labor protection. However, the duration of this coverage under the written warranty
is often far too short (e.g. 90 days parts or 1 year parts and labor). Manufacturers
strategically limit their liabilities in order to cut down their final cost price
and make their products more attractive to the marketplace. Let's face the facts.
If you are like most of us, you are not expecting to buy a new television, refrigerator
or any other major appliance every single year. You want to buy the new product
and use it for as many years as it will last. There is only one way for a consumer
to be certain that the product you are purchasing will be functioning to factory
specifications in say 4 or 5 years from now. CPS™ Extended Service Plans offer you
the identical high quality protection as the manufacturer’s written warranty did.
Our plans extend your coverage for up to 5 (five) full years after the manufacturer’s
written warranty expires. At CPS™ we are not going to scare you by telling you that
your product is destined to fail the day after the manufacturer warranty expires.
However, we would certainly like to make it clear that part of the reason why manufacturers
limit their parts and labor liability is because independent studies have often
suggested that malfunction probability increases as your usage increases. So something
you bought today has a greater chance of malfunctioning in 3 years from now than
it does in say 2 weeks from now. CPS™ is America’s premier source of service plans
specifically designed for consumer electronics and appliances. Experience, honesty
and integrity all consistently contribute to our company’s image among major dealers
and our industry as a whole. While no one wants to have an unexpected malfunction
claim the life of their product, there are those consumers who proactively protect
against it and there are those who leave things to chance. All we can say is that
protecting your investment today can save you an incredible amount of time and money
that may be necessary to restore your product's functionality to factory specifications
later on. Please allow our experience to work for you from the day you own your
product. Purchase CPS™ Service Plan because CPS™ Service Plans offer you protection
you cannot afford to be without.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly is a service plan?
An extended service plan is generally an extension of your original manufacturer's
warranty. Most manufacturers warranty their products to be free from defects for
up to one year from the date of purchase. This warranty virtually guarantees you
that if your newly purchased product fails, the manufacturer will protect you from
the high costs of replacement parts and labor necessary to repair your product.
CPS extended service plans lengthen your products coverage for up to an additional
48 months (4 years) to insure you get years of performance satisfaction from your
newly purchased product.
How is this different than the manufacturer's warranty?
A manufacturer's warranty usually offers limited coverage for a limited time, with
parts and labor carrying separate lengths of coverage. For example, a common manufacturer
warranty of a television might cover a consumer for one full year on parts defects
but only 90 days on the high cost of labor involved to change those parts. CPS extended
service plans provide comprehensive, long term, even length coverage. This means
that should your product fail within your plans coverage time frame, both parts
and labor costs are covered.
Can I renew my extended service plan?
Yes, service plans are renewable and must be submitted 30 days prior to the original
plans expiration. Please contact a CPS representative to discuss your renewal options
at (800) 905- 0443.
What should I do if I need service?
CPS offers an easy to use interactive form online which you may use to request that
we initiate a claim on your product. Your other alternative is to call the toll-free
number (800) 905- 0443 and have a qualified representative make this request for
you with the information you will provide. We believe that our claim initiation
request process is the absolute best our industry has to offer. It is designed for
simplicity and speed.
Who will perform the service on my product?
Our company works with over 11,000 authorized service professionals throughout the
country. Each technician is extensively trained by the respective manufacturers
to provide service on your products. Technicians must complete annual and bi-annual
continued education exams in addition to being well versed in manufacturer supplied
update bulletins to insure their level of expertise is as current as the new products
which hit the market. We urge our customers to provide feedback regarding their
experiences which we later use to insure that the level of service we are expected
to provide is exactly the level of service you receive.
May I transfer my service plan to another person?
Our service plans are 100% transferable. If you would like transfer ownership of
the covered product along with its coverage, we require that the request be supplied
in writing. For assistance please contact a CPS Representative at (800) 905- 0443.
Please have all of the new owner's information at hand when requesting a transfer.
Will I have to pay a deductible or any other "hidden
costs"?
Generally, the amount of a deductible is almost always proportional to the amount
of the premium charged. In order to have a lower deductible, even as low as $0,
the plan holder would generally have to agree to a higher premium. For those who
want lower premiums, they must agree to a higher deductible. Every CPS service plan
carries a $0.00 deductible along with low premiums. This means that with a CPS service
plan there are no high upfront costs and we are committed to cover 100% parts and
labor costs on any authorized claim.
Service Plans:
Consumer Priority Service is one of America’s premier sources of underwritten aftermarket
service plans primarily focused on consumer electronics and appliances. Our 100%
comprehensive protection plans are broken down into 2 basic categories.
Extended Service Plans
This is our most common service plan option. Features include 100% parts and labor
coverage, access to thousands of service centers nationwide, Zero deductible with
a No Lemon Guarantee. This feature packed plan offers consumers a fantastic value
at only a fraction on what the product it covers costs. With durations as long as
four years after the manufacturer warranty expires, consumers can rest assured knowing
that their product is guaranteed to function as intended for years to come. As always,
if we can’t fix an item, we will replace it.
Accidental Damage Option
This unique replacement contract option covers all damage that may have occurred
to your item during the life of the plan. It covers all malfunctions including those
that would not be covered under the manufacturer’s written warranty such as physical,
impact and/or water/liquid damage. This option is only valid from the date of purchase
for the duration of the plan.
