All the orders received before 1 pm EST will be shipped out the same day.
All orders go through fraud and verification process which might delay some order
if there is any discrepancy in the order.
For smooth processing of your order please provide us your credit card billing address
as your billing address.
If you are shipping to a different address other than your billing address, in comments
please mention the reason for shipping to an alternate address.
We ship only to the addresses that are listed with your credit card, if you are
using an alternate address that is not listed with your credit card, please reach
out to the customer service department of your credit card and add the alternate
address that you are using with us for shipping as a secondary address.
If you are using PayPal or Google checkout account, we will ship your order only
to addresses listed with on account.
For smooth processing of your order always provide us with toll free customer service
number of your credit card company, mentioned on back of your credit card. If you
are using PayPal or Google checkout you will not required doing the same.
All packages shipped require signature at time of delivery.
If the package is returned to us as refusal delivery or since no one was there to
sign for it, to ship such packages back customer will be charged a shipping fee.
If the customer just wants a refund the customer will be charged 15% restocking
fee on the cost of the product and shipping fee will not be refunded. If the customer
was given free shipping he will also be charged $9.99 for the shipping per tracking
number with the free shipping on the account in addition to the restocking fee.
If you getting the package shipped to an apartment building please mention it your
building super, reception personnel or neighbor to lookout for a shipment you are
expecting. If someone signs for the package at the address provided by the customer,
it will be customer’s responsibility to track the package from there on. We do suggest
providing your work address as shipping address if no one is going to be available
to sign for the package at your home.
The standard shipping charges are: o Ground shipping (5 - 7 Business Days): $9.99
o Priority shipping (2 – 3 Business Days): $14.99 o Express Shipping (Next day for
most cases): $24.99
All packages are shipped with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once
package is shipped. You will easily be able to track you package via the link provided
to you on the email. The shipping carrier systems might run slower at time, hence
you might get email from us with the tracking number but the link provided on it
might show that tracking number is invalid or untraceable, in such a case do not
be alarmed just give few hours for the system to update itself.
Once the package has been shipped it cannot be rerouted to another address. For
any such changes it would need to come back to the warehouse and shipped to a new
destination once the new address is verified, for any such changes customer will
be charged for the shipping to the new address as well.
We do not provide any pick up service from our warehouse, all products are shipped.
