Returns, Refund & Exchanges
Return Policy
Trimobilephone offers a 7 day return policy from the date purchased product is delivered.
To return any product customer must contact our Returns department and request for
a RMA number.
Returns department can be contacted by sending an email to returns@trimobilephone.com,
customer must request for a RMA number within 7 days from the date purchased product
is delivered.
RMA numbers are valid for only 7 days from the date they are issued.
All the returns must be sent with a RMA number and a copy of purchase receipt. Any
products lost or damaged in the transit while coming back to our returns department
will be customer’s responsibility, we suggest our customers to take insurance and
have a tracking number for the return for their own security.
Any product that is returned either without a copy of purchase receipt, RMA number
or with an invalid RMA number, such a product will be send back to the customer
at customer’s expense. For such products a RMA number will not be issued at a future
date.
Products that are returned for refund will be subject to 15% restocking fee. Defective
products can be exchanged with a new unit of the same model number without paying
a restocking fee. For more details on how to process an exchange please read our
Exchange policy.
Restocking fee applies to any product that is returned for refund once it has been
issued a tracking number or shipped out of our warehouse.
Products that are returned for refund must be in its undamaged original packaging/box,
with the unbroken inspection seal, bar code intact, there should not be any labels,
stickers or writing on the original box, no timer on the phone and all the contents
of the box should be intact & as in new condition that included; accessories, manuals,
software CDs, etc.
Once the product box is opened and/or product is used, then product can not returned
for refund. Product can then be only exchanged if it is proven to be defective,
with the unit of the same model, if the customer wants to exchange for a new unit
of different model there will be 15% restocking fee.
If the product is returned for refund and product packaging/box and/or content of
the box are damaged or missing in such a case, either there will be additional restocking
fee (to be decided by Trimobilephone, bases upon case to case basis) for each violation
or return will not be accepted and product will be sent back to the customer at
customer’s expense (Trimobilephone reserves the right to deny any return).
All product(s) returned as refusal delivery, buyer’s remorse or are returned since
no one was at location to sign and accept the product will be subject to 15% restocking
fee. If such products are requested to be reshipped customer will be charged for
the shipping fee.
Exchange Policy

delivered. Exchanges are done only for the phones with less than 15 minutes timer.
To exchange any product customer must contact our Exchange department and request
for a RMA number.

Customer can get RMA number to exchange products only if the product they have received
is dead on arrival or has manufacturing defect (RMA will only be issues if requested
for within 7 days from the date purchased product is delivered).
Once our warehouse receives products for exchange they check the products for defect(s)
mentioned by the customer. If such claimed defect(s) mentioned by the customer are
not found, then the RMA number issued will be considered invalid and the product
will be returned to the customer at his expense.
All phones have different compatibility signals, we do not guaranty if our phones
will support your carrier voice or data (SMS, MMS, Web) services. Phones will not
be considered defective if customer is having such compatibility issues, hence cannot
be exchanged.
Products that are damaged (hardware or software) after they have been taken out
of the packaging will not be considered defective and Trimobilephone does not take
responsibility for such products. All products are inspected in our warehouse before
shipping that all the mentioned content are in the box, hardware and software is
in working condition. Only after been inspected the products are shipped to the
customer with Trimobilephone inspection seal.
If you receive any product that have hardware, software issue or content from the
box are missing, you should report such issues within 24 hours from the time purchased
product was delivered. Any such issue reported after above mentioned time frame
will not be considered valid, hence will not be resolved by Trimobilephone.
If any alterations are made to product hardware and/or software, such as; for software:
flashing the phone with new software, unlocking the phone, downloading any application
(carrier recommended or not), changing any settings, etc; for hardware: changing
face plates, changing body plates, etc. Trimobilephone will not be responsible for
any damages or defects made to the phone by such alterations. RMA number will not
be issued for any such phone for exchange or return.
Exchanges can be done for the products with out of the box manufacturing defects
or dead on arrival, for such phones please request for a RMA number, such phones
can be exchanged for a new unit of the same model number without any restocking
fee.
If customer wants to exchange the defective or non defective product with a new
unit of different model than originally purchased, then the customer will be charged
15% restocking fee and will have to pay for the shipping of the new product he is
exchanging too.
Customer should return the product for exchange in original undamaged packaging,

original packaging, timer should not be more than 15 minutes on the phone and all
the contents of the box should be intact & as in new condition that included; accessories,
manuals, software CDs, etc.

When a customer is looking to exchange with a defective or non defective product,
customer would have to ship the product back to us first and once we receive the
product we will ship out the exchange. If the customer wants Trimobilephone to ship
out the exchange before we have received the old product, customer will be charged
the full value of the new product and once we receive the old product we will refund
the customer applicable amount after deducting restocking fee and shipping fee where
applicable.
Refund Policy
All refund can take up to 7 business days to process from the date refund is approved
for the account and a request has been made in our system.
Full refunds will be made only for the orders that have not yet been shipped from
our warehouse and/or have not yet been issued a tracking number.
Shipping fee is non refundable, if a customer was given free shipping he will also
be charged $9.99 for the shipping per tracking number with the free shipping on
the account.
Once an order has been issued a tracking number and a refund request is submitted,
the order will be charged a 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product and shipping
fee will not be refunded. If the customer was given free shipping he will also be
charged $9.99 for the shipping per tracking number with the free shipping on the
account in addition to the restocking fee.
Customer who have received a defective product are entitled to exchange it for a
new unit of the same model without paying any restocking fee, but if the customer
wants to exchange the defective or non defective product for a new unit of a different
model, they will be charged 15% restocking fee on the cost of the product and shipping
fee for the new product.
As explained in the Return and Exchange Policy if the product is returned or exchange
and product packaging/box and/or content of the box are damaged or missing in such
a case, either there will be additional restocking fee (to be decided by Trimobilephone,
bases upon case to case basis) for each violation or return will not be accepted
and product will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense (Trimobilephone
