Can I exchange or return my purchased items?
We do offer a return (with restocking fee) and exchange (for defective items with the same model) with in first 7 days from the date you received the product, with other terms and conditions applied. Do all the phones come with US warranties and manuals?
All the phones come with 1 year manufactures warranty, all GSM unlocked phones come with international warranties, hence you might have to contact international locations for any servicing for them. Some phones might not include instruction books / phone manuals in English. You may have to download manuals from respective manufacturer's websites or order directly from manufacturers or service providers. We do provide with customer option to buy US extended warranties for up to 4 years, for more details please check our warranty policy at the bottom menu of TriMobilePhone.com.

Do I need to create an account on TriMobilePhone.com to order a product?
You can order with TriMobilePhone.com even without creating an account. But we recommend that you do create an account with as by doing so: you will be able to complete your order form faster as our system will pull most of your billing and shipping information from your registration form, you will even be able come back to your account to check your order status, in your future visits to your account you will be able to keep track of all your past orders, etc.

How can I be sure that my order was submitted?
Once you have submitted your Billing, Shipping and Payment information on the next page our site will ask you to confirm that all the information we have is correct. Once you have confirmed the above, the next page will show you the Order number and our system will send you an email as well with the same order number. If you do not get an order number on our site and you do get an email from us you’re your order number, which means your order was not submitted. If you do come across such a situation and you still want to be sure, you can log into your account and check your orders submitted with us or call our customer service department for more help.

How long does it takes for my order to reach me?
Our regular processing time for an order is 24 – 48 hours, as each order goes through a verification process. If our verification department need more information either from the customer of your payment processor (Credit card Company, PayPal, Google or Amazon), this might delay your order till the time our verification team is satisfied that this order is not fraud. In addition to the processing time, shipping time is based upon the shipping method selected by the customer as Ground Shipping takes 5 – 7 Business days, Priority Shipping takes 2 – 3 Business days and Express shipping is Next day for most cases.

How long will it take to process my refund?

How much tax do you charge?
We charge 8.375% tax only to the customer whose shipping address is of New York State.

If I see a lowered price on your site, after I have placed my order, will I be entitled to get the lower price?
Our web prices can change daily or even hourly depending upon our cost from the manufacturer for any particular product. When we make changes in a price on our website, it may take our advertising affiliates and search engines up to 24 hours to record that change. Due to the effect of product availability on price fluctuations, as a result we can not honor a lower price once an order has been placed.

What are GSM frequencies?
GSM technology can work on up to 4 frequencies: 850 Mhz, 900 Mhz, 1800 Mhz, and 1900 Mhz. Some GSM phones support all the bands or frequencies, or just a couple. A dual band phone supports only two, usually 900/1900 or 850/1900. A tri-band phone supports three bands, either 850/1800/1900 or 900/1800/1900. A quad-band phone supports all GSM bands. Quad-band phones are able to work with any and all GSM service providers. On the other hand, GSM service providers support just a subset of all the GSM bands available. Before buying a GSM phone, make sure the phone supports at least one of the bands that your GSM service provider supports.

What are your shipping charges?
We use the interactive calculation system for assigning shipping charges to the order, several things are take in consideration for determining that, as: number or items (to calculate weight and size of the box), the Zip code of the shipping address and shipping method ( Ground, First Class, Priority or Express).

What do you mean by OEM and Aftermarket accessories?
OEM (original equipment manufactured) Accessories are the accessories made by cell phone and PDA manufacturers. OEM Accessories are under one year warranty by the manufacturers. Aftermarket accessories are made by third party companies for phones and do not come with warranties.

What payment methods are accepted on TriMobilePhone.com?
We currently accept all the major credit cards issues by Master, Visa, Discover and American Express (The credit card should be US issued, with US billing address). In addition to credit cards our customers can also pay by using PayPal account, Google checkout or Amazon checkout.

What should I do if the product I received is damaged?
If merchandise arrives damaged, it is best to refuse it back to the delivery carrier. If you accept the package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in; notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection. If you do not notify us of all damaged goods within the first 3 days of arrival, our normal return policy will override any claim of damage, and claims will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Once a claim is filled with the shipping carrier, we will process a replacement for you. Sending you a replacement might take few days as we have to wait for the shipping carrier to resolve the dispute.

What will happen if my product is lost during the transit to me?
All shipments are insured and guaranteed against loss, theft, and damage. If merchandise is lost while in transit please call us to file a claim. Once a claim is filled with the shipping carrier, we will process a replacement order for you. This may take few days so we request that our customers to please be patient as we have to wait for the shipping carrier to resolve the dispute. TriMobilePhone.com promises to expedite claims proceedings and have your new replacement order shipped to you as soon as possible.

What you mean by unlocked phone?
An Unlocked Cell Phone is a GSM phone that can be used with different GSM compatible carriers worldwide. To get the phone working, all that is needed to do is put the carrier's SIM card into the phone. Unlocked phones can be used within the United States using T-Mobile, Cingular, AT&T, etc. and with many other GSM service providers in the world provided the frequencies on the phone match those of the carrier.

Where can I check my order status?
You can check your order status online on TriMobilePhone.com, just click on the order status link on the top menu and either enter your order number with shipping zip code or enter your email address (provided on the order) with your shipping zip code. This link will give you, most current status on your order.

Where can I get my purchased items shipped to?
As per TriMobilePhone.com shipping policy, if you are using your credit card to pay for your items, we will ship only to your credit card billing address. If you want to ship to an alternate address you need to call your credit card provider and as them to add that address as an alternate shipping address, you will even need to provide us on your order form your credit card customer service number. Once we have confirmed with your credit card provider that they have this new address as a listed alternate shipping address then only we will ship to the alternate address. Keep in mind this process can delay your order by 1 or 2 business days. If you need your order to be processed faster, please use your the credit card billing address as the shipping address.
 If you are using PayPal, Google checkout or Amazon checkout to pay for your purchase we will ship only to the address provided through them (In case of PayPal it should be a Confirmed address).
