What is this affiliate program?
Our Affiliate Program allows you to place orders through us (trimobilephone.com) for T-Mobile phones and service. You will receive referral fees for each completed (activated and shipped) order. By becoming an affiliate, you can start selling phones and services right away, without having to worry about the hassles involved with actually running a business. You just get the customer’s orders and we’ll process the orders for you! Plus, you get paid for each completed order, and don’t have to worry about any upfront cost of inventory.
How can I sign up?
Signing up is simple. Just click on the "Sign up as an affiliate" link, and enter some basic information. You will get to choose your own user name and password, and then you can start placing orders right away!
Do I have to pay anything upfront to get started?
There is absolutely no cost to get started. You don't need to pay anything or provide us with your credit card or bank information, just complete the Sign up form and you're ready to go.
How can I start placing orders?
Once you have a user name and password, there are two ways you can place orders:
  • Login to affiliate account (using your user name and password) and place the order on with your customer,
  • Direct your customer to www.trimobilephone.com/YOURUSERNAMEHERE.html. Example, if your user name is David2011, you would direct customers to www.trimobilephone.com/David2011.html.
When you place your customer's order either of these ways, Trimobilephone will be able to track that which affiliate placed this order and pay the referral fee to that affiliate.
I've placed a few orders already, how can I track them?
We make tracking your order history easy. Simply login to your account and click on Reports. From here, you can view how many orders you’ve placed, customer names, order status, and more! Only the orders that are in "Closed" order status will get paid. If the order is in any other status than closed, it means that order is still in process of getting closed or might never get closed.
What is an order process in Trimobilephone?
Every order that is placed First
First has to go through credit check with T-Mobile, if the customer is approved or has agreed to pay the deposit amount the order goes to the
Second stage of verification where we verify if the order is fraud or not, once the order is verified and customers credit card is charged the order goes to the
Third stage of activation where the line(s) are activated and then packed & shipped.
Once order is shipped it is marked with the order status Closed.
When do I start receiving payment for my submitted orders?
You will be paid for all orders for a given month 45 days after the last day of that month. Example: TRIMOBILEPHONE will pay January referral fees by the 15th of March. Additional personal information of an affiliate may be required at the time that your first payment is being processed for tax purposes.
How much can I expect to make per order?
A detailed breakdown of our payout table can be found in the Affiliate Terms and Conditions, but in general, you will be paid $40 to $55 per order for most orders (add-a-lines, non-contract and phone only orders pay less) plus additional compensation for each accessory sold. In addition, we offer additional tier-based payout, so you earn more per order based on the number of completed orders you generate in a month.
Is there a limit to how much I can make each month?
There is no limit to the amount you can make! You get paid for each and every completed order, plus, because of our tier-based payout structure: the more you sell, the more you make!
Once I get paid, the money is mine to keep?
All payouts are subject to chargeback during the first 180 days from the date of activation. If the customer
  • Is unable to keep continuous & uninterrupted service for 121 days from the date of activation,
  • Cancels or suspends the service,
  • Changes the activated phone number,
  • Transferred the phone number to a different account,
  • Downgrades the service plan,
  • Removes any optional feature,
  • Migrates from a contract to non contract plan,
  • and/or if T-Mobile suspends or cancels the customers service due to nonpayment- for any such reasons,
or takes any other action which results in either chargeback from T-Mobile or non-payment from T-Mobile, we reserve the right to chargeback any payouts made for that order to an affiliate.
